注意事項 Notes

1.新登記會員憑未記錄電子積分之發票,可於發票日期起7天內登記。2.需要14個工作天處理。電子積分會自動更新至有關賬戶內。3.申請須經永安百貨核實資料無誤後方會進行處理。如未能提供正確資料,申請或會延誤或無法處理或提供所要求的服務。永安百貨不會就有關損失、損害或支出而對會員負上任何法律責任。

1.New members with the invoices which have unrecorded ePoints can register within 7 days (invoice date is inclusive). 2.14 working days are required for processing your request. ePoint will be automatically updated to the relevant account. 3.The application will be processed after Wing On Department Stores has verified the information is correct. Failure to provide correct information, the application will be delayed or unable to process or perform the services you request. Wing On Department Stores will not be liable for any damages or expenses.

1. 申請人就此項申請所提供的個人資料,將用作處理Wing On Rewards更新賬戶電子積分之用。而您所提供的個人資料可能會為該目的而轉交相關部門及相關服務提供者使用。2. 根據《個人資料(私隱)條例》,您有權要求查閱及更改所提供的個人資料。如有查詢,可聯絡顧客服務熱線2318 2395。3.根據私隱條例,永安百貨有權對查閱個人資料的要求收取合理費用。 

1. The personal data to be provided in support of this application is to be used for processing ePoint update of Wing On Rewards account. The personal data you provided, for such purpose, may be transferred to the relevant department and the service provider. 2. In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by us. For enquiries, please contact our Customer Service Hotline at 2318 2395. 3. In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Wing On Department Stores has the right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any Personal Data access request.
